Breaking out of confinement
Getting out of the confinement to which one has confined oneself can be even more difficult than if we were at the top of a tower without a ladder.
The best part is that many times we don't realize how we got to that tower, and it seems normal to be there, with no way out.
As life goes on without too many ups and downs, we get used to that "life", without even thinking that there is something more.
Furthermore, we built that tower ourselves, piece by piece: we raised its walls with our frustrations, fears, sadness, hopelessness, lack of confidence, and, when it is high enough, we go inside, and we feel safe.
