If we want to be understood, we must express ourselves clearly.
On the one hand, clarity in expressing ourselves (diction – articulation – tone of voice – vocal inflections).
But above all, conceptual clarity : we must say exactly what we want .
For example, if we look a classmate in the eye and say, "A pen," they might understand that…
…do we want a pen?
Did we see a pen?
…did we lose a pen?
Once upon a time, there was a pen…
It's not clear, is it?
It is likely that our default interlocutor interprets us correctly.
But in 90% of circumstances we are exposed to being misinterpreted, which fills us with negative emotions because we tend to think badly of our interlocutor: "he doesn't want to give it to me", "he doesn't understand me", "he completely ignores me", when it is we who are not communicating assertively .
The same thing happens when we express our desires and requests in a more global way, when we send them out into the Universe.
Just as we often expect our interlocutor to decipher what we are saying, we also feel that we receive less than we deserve.
What's happening?
By not clearly expressing what we want, we somehow cut off the natural flow of energy that connects us with everything around us, and
