Learning to love

Love is an emotion, which is at the top of the vibrational scale, that is, when we feel and experience love, we emit a vibrational frequency that can only attract more of the same.
The problem is that many times we can't feel love even when we want to, or we can only experience it in relation to someone or something in a specific way. And the rest of the time, the emotions that dominate us are those of overwhelm, anger, doubt, uncertainty, and so on.
How to learn to love?
From my perspective, love is a feeling deeply connected to gratitude. When we are able to stop looking at ourselves and begin to look at the people and situations around us with a profound sense of gratitude for all that we can learn from them, then we begin to experience inner peace and feel love—little by little at first, then cascading over, as if it couldn't be contained within our bodies.
And it's also likely that better things will start happening to us, because love is like a magnet; similar events attract us, better relationships, increasing happiness, and even better health.
It's worth a try, isn't it?
