Life is full of beautiful things.

Its timbre is distinctive: it tells you not to worry, that beauty surrounds you, and that you only need to lift your head, look around and feel its protective embrace.

It does you no good to feel apart, detached from your surroundings, as if you lived on an isolated island. Remember that you've been taught to live this way, defending yourself against others, looking at them with distrust, trying not to show your true self for fear of disapproval, of suffering, of being hurt. All they've achieved is to create a state of social schizophrenia, distancing you further and further from your true essence.

There is no beauty in alienation.
